Signed as a free agent from Dutch club FC Vinkerslag in the summer of 1999 by manager Jocky Scott, Frank would make 15 full appearances and 3 substitute appearances in his Dundee career. Although he did not score any competitive goals, he was one of the goal scorers in a 3-2 victory in a friendly fixture against Greek side Aris Salonika at Dens Park to commemorate the opening of the Bob Shankly and Bobby Cox stands.
